I told my sister and one of my homegirls about Klarna last year. Prior to our convo, they thought it was like all the other ‘Pay in Four’ offerings. NERP! Some of you know this already but since so many do not, let me be the bringer of good “WTF?!” news!
YOU CAN USE KLARNA ON DAMN NEAR ANYTHING, DAMN NEAR ANYWHERE. This is the new normal, millennial shoppers!
I’ve been aware of this quite awhile but there have been some revelations over the past year. I was in a group and saw chicks saying they used Klarna to pay for cruises. Others paid for airplane tickets and other trip related expenses lol! I doubt this would’ve ever occured to me! This dude said he used it to pay off a collection. I could’ve sworn I saw somewhere that it wasn’t supposed to be used on bills. Maybe they are more lax about that now. I would say if you’re using it to pay utility bills, you might be in pretty bad shape haha!
You know how Afterpay and the others have to be offered by that store at checkout in order to use it? Klarna doesn’t have to be offered at the checkout or partnered with your chosen retailer. All you have to do is go into the Klarna App and create a virtual card for whatever it is that you’re trying to purchase and it will take the first 4th of your payment shortly after. Cake!
